Packed Lunch!

Please make sure that your child is sent to camps with the correct amount of food and water for days activities. 

Weather Appropriate!

Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the days weather, be it rain or sun.

On time pick up!

Please note that any late pick up is subject to a penalty fee of £15.00 every 15 minutes.

Basic Terms and Conditions
for Blackheath Rugby Holiday Camps

Eligibility: Camps are open to children from u7 - u13.

Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

​

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made up to 2 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days before the start date.

​

Health and Safety: All participants must provide emergency contact details and any relevant medical information. Our camps comply with all local health and safety regulations.

​

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other children. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the camp without refund.

​

Photography and Media: We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included, please notify us in writing.

​

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Participants are advised not to bring valuables.

​

Attendance: Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Late pick-up may incur additional charges.

​

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any cancellation or alteration of camp activities due to circumstances beyond our control.

​

Medical Treatment: In case of a medical emergency, you authorize our staff to seek necessary medical treatment for your child. All efforts will be made to contact parents/guardians immediately.


Equipment: Participants must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear. Rugby-specific equipment, such as mouth guards, is required.


Weather Policy: Camps will proceed in most weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, alternative indoor activities will be provided, or sessions may be rescheduled.


Food and Drink: Participants should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottle. We encourage healthy eating and will provide water refilling stations.
