Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Children’s Football Parties 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your party. Bookings are not secured until payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel 7 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, we will retain £50 from your payment and refund the balance. 3. Numbers & Attendance Each package has a maximum number of children included (Grass Roots: 12, Semi Pro: 16, Professional: 22). Extra children can be added with prior agreement, charged at £15 per child. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. 4. Venue & Equipment We provide hall hire, equipment, and a qualified party coach as stated in your package. Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising children outside of game time and in non-playing areas. 5. Food & Cake Where included, a standard birthday cake is provided, suitable for the package size. Allergies/dietary needs must be notified at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Parents may bring their own additional food/drink with prior agreement. 6. Safety & Behavior Children must wear suitable footwear (trainers or astro boots; no metal studs). Coaches may stop activities if behaviour risks injury or disrupts the session. A responsible adult must stay on site for the duration of the party. 7. Liability & Insurance We hold full public liability insurance. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries resulting from unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions. 8. Media/Photos We may occasionally take photos for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not consent to this.
